Performance

This vehicle kicks off strongly with a 100-kW electric motor and a 38.3-kWH battery pack, putting out 134 horsepower. It has an EPA-estimated 170 miles of electric driving range and an EPA-estimated 145 city/121 highway MPGe, which means you can get exactly where you need to go while reducing your carbon footprint and without stopping for gas.*

The 2021 Ioniq EV also has the added bonus of front-wheel drive, which maximizes your mileage and fuel economy while helping you maintain great traction.

When it comes to charging, the 2021 Ioniq EV is compatible with multiple charging cables, and the 7.2-kW onboard charger fully recharges the vehicle in six hours on a 240-volt connection. The 2021 Ioniq EV also has the capability for DC Fast Charging, which allows it to be recharged from 0 to 80% in just 54 minutes on a 100-kW connection.

Advanced Technology

Standard on the 2021 Ioniq EV's base SE trim is an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which comes with satellite radio, as well as standard wireless Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® integration, so you can listen to your favorite songs at any time.

With the Ioniq EV's Limited trim, you'll get a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen with navigation, a Harman Kardon® Premium Audio system with eight speakers, and wireless device charging. Not only that, but with Bluetooth® capability on both trims, you'll never have to miss a call. 

Safety

The 2021 Ioniq EV comes standard with driver-assistance features, such as Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection.

Using a forward-facing radar unit and camera, GPS technology, and the navigation system's map database, Highway Driving Assist responds to traffic changes automatically, helping to make your job as the driver easier.

The 6-way adjustable driver's seat will help you find a comfortable position, plus the 2021 Ioniq EV has heated front seats in both trims, meaning you won't have to worry about getting cold.
